In the region for a family reunion. Roads are heavily rutted from heavy equipment on asphalt and even though we're avoiding the worst, our skidplate became loose. It's a Saturday after lunch time in rural East Texas and the closest dealerships are in Tyler. I called JOD, explained the issue, and was told if we could get there by 3PM (service department closing time), they would check. Got there at 2:45 and they took it straight back. By 3PM they had secured the skidplate and replaced a tire in that we had unknowingly picked up a screw in the sidewall (irreparable). Shout out to advisor Julie and the unnamed techs who took care of us so very well. They even washed the car! Would definitely recommend.
